Troubleshoot NTRIP connection problems

Android Permission issue

If you have trouble connecting your Devices, it might be, because you haven’t granted all the permissions the App holds. 

Please go to "Apps" in your Android Settings and check if all required permissions are given.


 

Status NTRIP keeps red

If your icon “Status NTRIP” is red, either the NTRIP Caster Setup (see: Setting up NTRIP Caster) was not successful, or the device needs to be reconnected. Check if all the information that is necessary is correctly admitted in the NTRIP Settings. You may need to restart your phone and turn of the external gnss device.

 

 

Status device is red

If your icon “Status Device” is red, you might need to try to reconnect the Device with your phone. Close the App and restart. Turn off your Device and try to reconnect via Bluetooth or Cable-Connection. When pressing “Start RTK” the icon should turn on green.
