Setting up NTRIP Caster

In this section, you will learn how to connect RTKcamera App to your NTRIP caster to receive RTCM correction data to get cm accuracy at your GNSS chip.

If you are a first time user you must set up the NTRIP Caster before you will be able to start the RTK. 

The credentials are saved, so no need to change something in future, unless you like to choose another mountpoint, etc.

In the App, go to “Settings” > “NTRIP Settings”

First, enter 

• “NTRIP Caster Host”    (IP preffered, hostname possible eg. apos
• “NTRIP Caster Port”

Now your NTRIP Mountpoint List should have been actualized.  

Click on “NTRIP Mountpoint List” to select one.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If NO MOUNTPOINT is shown, or still "None" please double check the Ntrip caster name and Port.

There is no possibilty to manually enter the Mount-Point, as fetching the list is the trouble which would not be solved by manually entering a mountpoint.

If you suceed with the Mountpoint list and picked to correct one, please enter the 

• “NTRIP Username” and 
• “NTRIP Password”

Or, if you can access without credential (very rare), disable Authentication

Now your user interface should look like this:

 To test, go back to Home Screen and "START RTK"
